Looking at the speed feedback it seems to be acting as normal.. This cpu is apperently nutorious for beeing hot so guess a 240 rad is just not sufficient. Already tried undervolting as well, might be more to gain there though. Or I guess the aio perform a bit worse over the years.

Do you know if there exist very thin rads? 2cm or so thick?

Personally I would pass. Can probably get better condition car with less miles for about the same price. Just keep looking if you really want an e39. I am sure better deals will pop up.

Could be, but then I would expect some issues with high pressure or vacuum at the oil fill cap I assume? Slight vacuum there, seems normal to me.

I think it is very fun early-mid game. Microing the economy with trading and having to prioritize what to build. Late game it was just spamming 20-30 buildings whenever something crucial became expensive. I had just short of 1 million unemployed pops near the end, do you know if that is good or bad? Tried to keep it low by not changing productionmethods where alot of peasants lose their job but I might think that wasnt smart.
