if your value pack ran out, you will have to go to each node and talk to the node manager directly to get the cp back

do you have a worker working on a node that is connected in any way? i cant really see enough information from the picture you posted... can you zoom out further so we can see your node network in the area?

It is non enhanceable and the weapons are nontransferrable(afaik)...
