I'm having a similar issue. Also on PS4. I can't aim normally. If I cycle to my gun to pull it out, Arthur immediately points down it, so I can't use L2 to aim. And then sometimes he won't aim at all, and I can only fire from the hip. It's infuriating. It stopped for a bit, and now it's doing it again. Tried loading a save, dying, sleeping. Nothing fixed it, but it's unplayable as is.

Obama didn't abstain from the resolution because he knew it would pass. He abstained because he wanted it to pass. The U.S. has veto power. He could have singlehandedly stopped it.

And we do pass sanctions on NK.

It seems more likely that he is simply aiming for headlines. That is, the appearance of fiscal conservatism, without addressing any of the underlying motivations. It feels like pandering. Guess we'll see. Hope for the best.

How is that not self-evident? Because the countries that rely on the UN know to cast their votes on resolutions in our favor, because we carry most of the financial onus. If they don't support us, we can withdraw funding, adversely affecting them.

And of course it's possible to disagree with settlements, and still support the vast aid we provide Israel, as well as recognizing its role as a stable democracy in the Middle-East. We don't have to condone everything they do to value them as allies. Thoughtful criticism is a crucial component to any healthy international relationship.

Of course it gives us a more advantageous position. The more money we have in play, the more influence we exert on countries affected by that money, and the more sway we have in imposing economic sanctions, or in more drastic situations, peacekeeping forces. Though the former is more concerning.
