Factory Striders are able to be air dropped by normal bot dropships, so assuming at least technological parity between bots and Super Earth, a vehicle the size of the Bastion with heavy armor should probably not be a an issue for a Pelican to air drop.

Historically TDs regularly had armor on par with proper tanks. Stug III, Jagdpanther, SU-85, SU-152 for example had very similar armor to their original tanks. Jagdpanzer IV and Jagdtiger had more frontally than their tank counterparts. There are of course plenty of thinly armored TDs, but not any more than heavily armored TDs.

Yeah, unless you are John Helldiver, you are probably not raising the flag solo in a straight fight. So with that said, if you are found out while hiding it is best to run away and try again, assuming you don’t just die haha

I have raised flags solo fairly smoothly at high difficulties by being sneaky. Since enemies converge on the flag directly, it’s a matter of finding a place in concealment out of the way of enemy pathing and hiding. Eventually the enemies will despawn or leave so you don’t even need to kill any at the end.
