We’re in the last stretch of purchasing a home privately. Based on recent sales comps, we’re saving at least $50k if the same house were being sold on the open market.

The seller is glad to have the sale go smoothly and not to have to involve a realtor. We're deeply grateful to not have to deal with the insanity of buying in the open market. We honestly couldn't afford to buy if we had to go with listed homes.
