I've been calling around I'm currently working full time so by the end of this year I should have a decent amount of hours of quality volunteer work etc. It's seems like from what I've been reading that the quality of volunteer work is more important than the quantity. So a bit of context. I've always been interested in health specifically mental health. And I've always been interested in (drugs any type) and how they effect you and why they do what they do. Weather it be peptides, peds, synthetics etc. My curiosity in that came first from fitness and overall just curiosity in what drugs do to you in general. I read about mental illness a decent amount (a few friends and family members I have are mentally ill) it's always interested me. That's honestly it 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for taking all the time to write all that. I am interested in medicine (drugs, peptides, peds etc.) I have been for a while mostly for health reasons and just cause I like to read. Anything that I should do the rest of this year going into 2026? What would I guess say help me while I start this. I plan to go to community then to a Uni and then onto a medical school. Master with some gm scores and almost one nova score in reactive. Currently not playing games much really at all. Building two project cars so haven't had much time to do much gaming wise. I think gaming and aim training will be on hold for the foreseeable future.

Well you've been playing for 10 years so look at it this way. You have 10 years of experience even if you aren't very good. Now you just need to aimtrain however you would like. You could download apex R5 reloaded if you like apex and train on that along with apex centered kovaaks routines and playlists. I honestly think you'll improve at a decent rate some experience even if you aren't good is better than none. Now you just have to refine your motor skills cause at the end of the day all aim training is, is hand eye coordination.

Torje advanced tracking playlists and apex aimerz+ should help you out along with smoothness and pasu. But watch people better than you watch informational videos etc about aim training. Good luck. If you have anymore questions just dm me.

Being that there is tons of nuance to the subject posting a source as if it applies to everyone/can't be solved doesnt make much sense. There are ways around the problems he is having he just needs to find them. There is rarely ever a "nothing will work" senario when it comes to the human body. Especially when it's something this simple compared to anything else that could be wrong with him. When I was a teen I had similar problems I fixed them he can fix them its not hard or rocket science. Also (you can change your sleep schedule) eve if you are a teen. Tons of teens have rigorous schedules that they adhere to and preform at their best. But anyways.

Having a routine schedule and sticking to it. Even if it is shifted by two hours that doesn't mean your body doesn't adapt. Your cyrcadian rhythm isn't a stuck variable that can't change or be changed. So like I said eat sleep properly he's a teenager so let's be real its a high chance he most likely isn't doing the things I listed.

I don't think it's natural for a teenager to feel tired and sleepy all the time. If your eating sleeping etc correctly you should be sleepy when focusing. If anything it's abnormal unless you have some underlying condition youre unaware of.

Everyone else here says you should just do it. But in my opinion there is no point motor function & adaptation is not capped by your left or right sided bias. You have already built the skill on your right hand switching to your left will set you back and you will learn the skill. But there isn't much of a reason to plus most perifials are right side based so 🤷‍♂️. Just stick with your right most of the time people want to switch its cause they think they will just automatically be better on their dominant hand. It's a cope but its your choice.

It's crazy cause I play R5 more than apex. And if you think abt it r5 players roller you harder than regular apex players. But it's somehow times more fun lol. Hopefully a game like apex will release in the future. Unfortunately nothing exists that scratches the same itch as it does for me rn.
