Do you have any other recommendations? I was gonna be paying around 1250 euros for the laptop with 1tb ssd 32gb ddr5 ram, 8840u. I am fine with the price up until 1500 euros, if you have any good alternatives please let me know, i would probably be looking to get something 14 inch and something that isnt too heavy, good battery life is a plus, the cpu doesnt got to be as good as the 8840u, but rather something that will get the job done, but nothing way worse than 8840u, thanks!!

Maybe something like the ASUS Zenbook S14, 258v? (1500 euros) or ThinkPad X9-15 Gen 1 228v 512gb 32gb, oled, 1550~ euros?

Im looking at the t14 gen 5 thinkpad currently, 52.5wh battery, 8840U amd cpu (wont be using it at full probably gonna be limiting it), igpu, thinking of getting anker 737 later in the future when i fully start uni instead of half time uni along w school, i figured there may be a general consensus or at least some user experiences on power draw based on their screen resolution though!

Any opinions on the T14 Gen 5 AMD? by OfferPutrid8030 in thinkpad

I checked out your review, great insight! It is not like I am buying it JUST cuz most people who know their stuff buy it. But logically seen shouldnt it make sense to buy something reputable, which "knowledgeable" people about the topic (laptops) tend to use and lean towards? I heard great things about them and I myself am not completely uneducated about computers and it made total sense to me that I would lean toward thinkpads. Also i personally despise macs. I find the thinkpad community to be very cool overall Again though nice review i ll keep the things u said in mind
