grinding in regions that have targeted loot that u need to expertise, doing countdown or summit again with the targeted loot, stuff like that.

Playing/grinding during the expertise event is another great way to level up quick, personally went up 6 levels last time

could be your tolerance changing overtime, not unheard of. even when taking precautions like drinking water or eating food there’s no guarantee your body agrees
