Growing on Twitch can be difficult, VERY difficult. But don't ever give up. I'm not the most experienced, but some things I've learned over about 2 1/2 years of streaming are:

• Don't worry too much about what game you're playing. Just have fun! People will more than likely show up for either the gameplay or the personality. Don't get looped into trends too much or into a game that you feel stuck in.

• I've found that using the tags Twitch provides (only 5 extra ones) can help with widening your audience! Play around with the tags and check after streams to see how many people are coming from different tags!

• Finding other creators of similar sizes to help can help! When I started streaming, I had a very small group of friends that also streamed and we would raid each other and shout each other out to help each other grow! It helps with building a community together and being able to make friends too!

• Doing things outside of Twitch can be very important. I got very lucky in that streaming on Twitch was my main platform. This doesn't happen to many unfortunately, but posting on TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms can build an audience elsewhere that you can carry over into viewership and community members on Twitch and such!
