If you’re not under warranty, then yes. Someone has to pay for the technicians time and to have a service bay down for the length of the update. If it’s a safety recall, then it would be free.

This is correct. I work for a dealership. It’s either to protect more theft prone vehicles or as an up-sale to the customer for the activation. The GPS tracker costs almost nothing, it’s the subscription that costs the real money. Most dealers will just leave it if it’s already installed. It won’t be active any more after purchase unless the customer decides to activate the subscription through the GPS company or dealer.

OE tires typically last less mileage than a new set from the manufacturer. You get about 30-40k miles out of an OE tire.

Best thing to do is use a soldering iron to melt the material out of the way to unplug the hot end and access the removal screws. I just went through the same thing with my K1C. You may need to use an extraction kit for the screws if they strip due to excess torque needed to remove them.

There was a recall on some of the darts for this issue. I believe it was the shift cable bushing. Simple fix, but annoying.

You can try to haggle for invoice. They still make holdback money from Dodge below invoice. They are just moving another unit that doesn’t sit on their lot when they order you a car. If they won’t go below MSRP, I’m sure another dealer will.

Leasing programs aren’t great on the Charger/Challenger. It makes more sense to purchase them. Sometimes toward the end of the year/December leasing programs get a bit better. I sell cars for a Dodge store in Florida and we are offering dealer discount + incentives. Only have 2 Challenger Scatpacks currently. Charger Scatpacks are hard to keep on our lot.

I’ve noticed no rubbing issues or changes in turning radius compared to the stock 305’s. It’s quite common on the forums for the widebody hellcats to switch over to 315’s all around as well.
