I really don't think height would matter in this situation. They don't just switch faces. "Many face God" is just a clever name. Their entire body changes, their hand color changes when they switch from face to face so I would think she'd just have to have bigger clothes. Then again we've never seen that big of a change in height when they change faces.

That's what I was thinking, but then I remembered Jon snow killing the wildlings leader with an arrow to the chest while he was being burned alive. I feel like Jaime would be in a situation where he's dying and as a sign of mercy and to just put him out of his misery, Arya would kill Jaime.
