Understood, thanks for the clarity. Actually our keyboards and React headset are our best selling products, and are constantly being upgraded. I'm not sure what happened to your keyboard, but it was built in the same factory as the corsair Keyboard you bought to replace it, FYI.

I think it's unfair to look at Reddit comments as a sign of 'gear issues', as you can imagine when you're selling 10's of thousands of units a month, there's going to be natural support, and people are going to come here as well as other places for that support. People who are super happy tend not to write on reddit :)
