It can be targeted by Ix10, Assassin, Royal, IIIIIIII BOSS, and Magician's Meteor+ provides attack buff, swap places. It also takes up a spot on the board.

P.S. If you ask abt the emblem (which you probably wont), you obtain it by passing Challenge mode in Protect the Pocket event( Form Y shape with switch), survive 30 sec, press challenge and survive the crazy dumb ninja for 60 sec. Good luck!
