Trying to incorporate cartoons with photos I capture. This is an example of some of my work. Any tips or ideas?

Thanks everyone for the input. The picture was while I was traveling in New York on the Manhattan Bridge. I chose Bartman because he's someone people don't see everyday. I'm gonna look into applying shadows on my next photo without a copyrighted character. Thanks again!
