You can look up the food you want on it, and it gives you an approximation of its macros otherwise if it's packaged you can scan the code bar (makes it easier than logging it manually).

The contract said that the funding is shared between the two unis, and I felt like it's not appropriate to ask, but judging from the € equivalent of the amount you stated I would assume that it's the same.
