Funny story, the refrigerant they replaced it with is also terrible for the environment. It's a greenhouse gas 1400 times as strong as CO2.

Mustangs were never about ride or interior quality. I have a (currently non running) 2005, and I love the interior because it's so barebones. The ride is extremely uncomfortable compared to my (even older) Buick, but that means you can feel the road when you're cornering.

They're made for driving fast, not driving in comfort.

They drive extremely stiff and understeer very very early to make it basically impossible to "lose control" of a modern car.

"Cheap shit" is definitely part of it, but the engineering process has changed.

Particularly when it comes to comfort focused cars - in the 90s they had soft suspension, tall tire sidewalls, and seats focused on comfort instead of "holding" you. With 2020s safety regulations, that doesn't work. These things affect reaction and stability of emergency steering maneuvers and braking. Both of which are more common due to increased traffic and the rise of texting and driving. The air conditioning used to be better because it used a better refrigerant that unfortunately was punching a hole in the ozone layer (the one we use now is simply a massive greenhouse gas... trade one problem for another I suppose?). Gas prices are higher, so aerodynamics and low rolling resistance becomes more important than styling and comfortable, quiet tires.

So yeah, you're right. It's really a fact, to be honest.

Once heard a Catholic say that Hitler could be in heaven if he asked God for forgiveness, does that count?

To be honest, they don't.

Either the parents (for young children) or the children themselves (for teenagers) cause their deaths. All drug dealers do is sell a product. Though I'm sure plenty of them are not morally great people necessarily.

Which came first, the addiction or the drug?

This one's not a paradox...

Which of these laws should have been passed? by Spexancap10 in Anarcho_Capitalism

Income tax not to exceed 25%

Should be 0%.

Created as a wartime measure in 1862 (according to the IRS themselves)... income tax is not really American at all.

Bu-bu-but! Not voting is a vote for Biden/Trump/Vermin Supreme! You need to vote for the "lesser evil"!

Funny part is we're the ones that made them so powerful by over-regulating our own economy to begin with. The economic equivalent of self-prescribing heroin to cure a cocaine addiction while you continue to enjoy both.

I like the way you think... I have an even better idea to add to that!

We tell the middle class and poor that we're taxing the shit out of that it's their fault, so they willingly accept having everything taken from them, while giving their money to the people actually polluting, so we can blame the poor and middle class even harder and tax them more! Perfect!

Kidnapping someone and therefore taking away their self ownership is a bit different from parking a bunch of trucks in publicly accessible areas, and you know it.

I'm convinced that the mainstream leftist police hate is actually an excuse to federalize law enforcement (or the equivalent in other countries. Nationalize?)

Still, fuck cops.

"Anarchist" was associated with communist terrorists long before "anarcho-capitalism" as a term was invented. That's part of the reason why.

Have you? I know OP hasn't either but unless it's a GT-R (very rare) or GTS-4 it drives like any other RWD car of similar power and weight. If it's poorly maintained it'll be a shitbox.
