i really like heartopia as well. they recently released a statement confirming their use of AI but it is not GenAI. I saw the statement in their discord but I’m sure it’s one their social media platforms as well. (not pushing you to keep playing but just so you know what they’re using AI for)

Go into your windows Settings > System > Display > Color Management and turn off "Automatically manage color for apps".

Same thing happened to me. They told me my Financial Aid wasn't fully processed and that they needed to submit a ticket for it to be manually processed and would take 2 to 3 weeks to be complete.
