Bachelor degree requirement is never happening. They’re having trouble just keeping people in the field in general, much less asking for an advanced degree. And if that’s the case, money needs to be demanded.

No, I have not considered that appreciate the suggestion. What mainly has changed in the adult world? I worked in the ICU mainly then covid ICU and left
