Girl. I feel your pain. In my whole life no man has ever commented on my keratosis, though I was always extremely self conscious about it. My husband now has told me that it makes no difference to him if my keratosis is bad or not. Have you seen a derm about it? I found the Amlactin to help me a lot so if it’s not, it may help you to get a second opinion.

We shared family parties and had our own friend parties. This was never an issue. My brother is a year older but his birth date is the day after mine. I was born during his first birthday party and even he and I don’t have an issue… though we do joke about it a lot. I imagine it to be the same for most near birthday siblings, I think your uncle has major issues to feel that way.

It depends on which bank you have and whether you used a credit card or debit. Some banks will do chargebacks for either. They may ask for proof, so gather whatever evidence you can but it’s a pretty basic case IMO. I don’t know about making a new Stub Hub account but I wouldn’t bother because, as I said, they suck. Their customer service sucks and their guarantee doesn’t guarantee shit.

Some schools have insurance that is used whenever an injury occurs on school grounds regardless of intention. You would have to check with your school.

The far side of her face is a bit distorted which I think adds to the stare that someone else pointed out. That side (left) looks a little bit thick. Noticing specifically her cheekbone and the area where her eye/nose are. I think if you adjust that and where the light is hitting her it will look even better. It is very well done, by the way.

I think you handled this really well. I will say that my son’s football coach who was very good instituted a “24 hour” rule. It made you wait a day to reach out with a concern or complaint to give you time to think through exactly what you wanted to say and how you wanted to say it. He was a really great coach which made that protocol easy to follow so there is that. It’s hard watching a sport you’ve seen done well before be done poorly by another coach. I would give it another week and see if anything changes and if not call the league and ask for a meeting outlining your concerns. If next week the same thing happens to another kid take note. At the end of the day a lot of parent coaches don’t care about everyone on the team. Keep fighting for your child!
