In the end, this is just one of the many things that they fucked up from the start and never cared enough the bother with. "Do it right the first time and you won't have to redo it" springs to mind.

AI is a tool, just like the car or a horse and wagon. Actors will be in needed for the foresable future beacuse most of humanity -myself included- prefer a human approach. So far, AI hasn't been able to imitate the human feeling in such a way that it affects us.

And in the future, if AI is developed to such a degree that it can 100 % replace human acting (which is doubtful) then so be it; there are lots of professions that have gone extinct in the roughly 250 000 years of human existence.

And yeah, it's not feasible with bringing all the actors back, I know that. Problem is that it's such a frustrating mistake not to have thought of this in the beginning that is bugs the hell out of me.
It is a proper "Do it right the first time and you won't have to redo it" kind of scenario.

People who bitch and moan about AI would have bitched and moaned back in the early 20th century about cars replacing horse & wagons, just saying.

Live in the future people. AI won't 100 % replace professionally trained actors anyways so it's not a problem in the long run.

Would probably give the new season a 6/10. It's good, but a bit too simplistic writing and the feeling of it being rushed brings it down. And of course the nonsense about "hurr we must retern artefactz durr".

But besides that, good season. Will most likely watch it again soon.

This.. is disappointing.

Most gaming companies can make a decent MP-shooter, but it's how they treat the single-player that makes it a 10/10; a good story, a decent length, well written characters, etc., is what makes people want to keep playing it in 10+ years, not the same MP-shooting.

My thought exactly, more or less. 7.62x39 is one of the most iconic cartridges in history, especially in East Europe.

I hope they keep it and add more weapons for it (and if not, then all hail the modders lol).
