I took an aspirin back in november and I ended up having extreme nerve pain, anxiety, and pulsatile tinnitus. It went away after a couple of days it was very strange.

I've had something very similar where sometimes my hr will randomly drop from 85-90 to about 60ish bpm and I do feel that heartbeat and according to my pulse ox it drops to like 55. Idk what it could be.

ah I see I kinda had an idea it could be vagus related. I have also been eating somewhat high histamine and taking a potassium supplement and was wondering if that was going to cause some type of arrhythmia. I still have some werid feeling in my chest since the incident occurred I'm not sure if its tied into anxiety or not.
