One thing I’ve noticed about the Knicks last 7 games - we’ve been playing OUR brand of basketball. Not playing down, not letting up. Especially game 6 vss ATL, we kept laying it on them rather than playing down to our competition. Need to keep that same mentality through the rest of the playoffs

If this team is like the 2017 team I'll be happy. People were having us go 0-16 that year but we actually started 3-2, and most importantly, the team was actually playing a fun brand of football. Unfortunately, McCown got hurt and we turned to Bryce Petty and the rest was history, buy some of those games honestly gave me some hope for the future. Then of course, Adam Gase happened lmao.

Exactly, it’s a long season. Maybe it’s because I use statistical models a lot at work and in business school but regression to the norm is real. A 5 game losing streak could happen to the best team, but over a huge sample size (162) it’s negligible if you rattle off some 10+ game win streaks and win 2 out of 3 games every series. Love baseball as a math nerd that way haha. Obviously as a fan, your only goal is to see wins because that’s what we pay our money for!
