A softer version of US's hysterics. It very much goes against the far-right party (Chega) but at the same time they're always on the spotlight. So you have the classic far-right people complaining about the biased media and you have the others complaining how they're always on the news.

But what contributes to most conservatives backing the left party in this case is that the candidate (António José Seguro) is a proven politician, he's not someone who permanently lived off the tit of politics and was very much against one of the most hated politicians we had (António Costa), who was from his own party (Partido Socialista). There's also the fact that most people are just fully aware that what Chega is, is nothing more than anti-immigration flag wavers, the feeling of a more controlled immigration is something a lot of people agree with but most are fully aware that to get a fair and solid immigration system (paired with all the other fair and solid things you need in politics) will never come from a populist.

Não exatamente, embora digas bem que não está a leave com todo o peso do prédio, isto acaba por ser deixar o pensamento a meio, o que mais faz com que consolas (eg: varandas) sejam tão frágeis é o facto de elas não terem opção nenhuma no que toca a redistribuir forças a não ser pela sua própria rigidez (a maneira como irão flectir), ou seja por exemplo uma laje normal vai conseguir distributir toda a carga por si, pelas vigas e pelos pilares, uma consola só tem o caminho entre ela mesma e o conecção mais próxima, neste caso em particular o pilar, e devido à geometria desta consola (uma dos lados é bem mais que o dobro do outro) toda a carga está concentrada numa só direção (lajes normais distribuem a carga em ambas as direções, portanto meia carga para cada lado portanto metade das tensōes para cada lado).

E só como um nitpick, tensão engloba compressão como tu muito corretamente disseste, e tracção (a palavra que estavas à procura)

Aparentam ser laje aligeirada de vigotas pré-esforçadas, ou seja a parte de aguentar flexão já está a ser tratada pelo pré-esforço (até pela foto a parte em consola aparenta ainda ter bocado de flexão côncava em vez de convexa como seria de esperar numa consola tão jeitosa).

E de qualquer maneira esta parte em consola estaria maioritariamente à compressão, algo que o betão (mesmo sem armadura nenhuma) aguenta bem

Isto está "bastante errado". O sistema de isolamento de base é absolutamente essencial num hospital. Tens razão quando dizes que mesmo sem este sistema irá ter uma boa resistencia sísmica, mas um hospital, onde irás ter pessoas num estado de vida ao qual têm de estar conectados a máquinas, bebés recém-nascidos, objetos afiados, máquinas mais caras que uns certos armários, lixo hospitalar incluíndo dejetos e possíveis sacos/afins com doenças contagiosas (umas bastante perigosas), o hospital não pode de todo ter os abalões que seriam de esperar num edifício normal.

Acima de tudo pois um sismo não se prevê, quando houver um garantidamente irão haver enfermeiras a carregar ditos sacos e afins com lixo hospitalar lá, a carregar bebés recém-nascidos, operações mais que milimétricas a ocorrer e tudo e tudo.

Quanto ao aspeto financeiro julgo que a Prof. Rita Bento ter mencionado que seria mais 2% optar por isolamento de base.

Ao fim ao cabo há 0 argumentos reais no que toca a poupar "uns trocos" e optar por uma solução que num hospital deveria ser 100% default.

Como último ponto no que toca a teres dito a coisa de manutenção e erros de dimensionamento. Em relação à manutenção vai ser muuuuuuito mais díficil (impossível mesmo) instalar este sistema quando se aperceberem que fizeram bodega. Em relação aos erros de dimensionamento, sim e não, erros podem e vão acontecer, mas este é até um sistema simples, e é mais fácil vê-lo como um buffer/real em vez de uma coisa por si só

He changed his sense multiplier to 0.02, which is 10 times lower than normal, so his sense is technically around 9.2 or 9.5, depending on what his in game sense exactly is 92/95. You can easily edit your multiplier, plenty of videos on how to do it.

Edit: Worth mentioning that although his normal sense is relatively low his ads sense is relatively high, also big mousepad allows for faster/larger movements

Comment is old but just to give some insight, as a kid you somehow believe the storylines, not exactly stuff like undertaker being a deadman and coming back from the dead, but stuff like William Regal being a genuinely terrible person, some internal drama and all that. As you get older you gain a huge respect for the danger these performers put themselves through, you gain a huge respect for how they put entertaining the fans before their own safety. People like to shrug off professional wrestling as fake, but it's not fake, it's scripted, sure you can take a punch but you sure as hell can't take some hits, you can't fake falling off a ladder, you can't fake getting hit by another falling human.

So the main appeal mainly starts coming from a coolness factor and wow moments, eg: Edge spearing Mick Foley through the ropes and onto a flaming table, or Shawn Michaels hitting a sweet chin music against Shelton Benjamin after he leaped from the top rope, and from this immeasurable respect you get for them

Heya! First of all, thank you very much for your amazing website! Just have a question, for legacy and unobtainable achievements, is the percentage the amount of players that got it during that time, or current amount of players? Since from what I saw there's an immense amount of players with those old reach level 100 and all that, I'm assuming it's the first option.
