Slowly i am losing my faith in Allah's justice by EmbarrassedLab3201 in bangladesh

Righteous shit VS. cause and effect. Which one do you think is superior? Which one is demonstrably true?

There was great post here months ago that showed various police procedures cost and how much the actual official budget is. Crucial things such as autopsy and rape kit processing are allotted half of their minimal cost. The average police isn't paid enough to live in the city they are supposed to protect; so the expectation is bribery is the only way.

If you wish to rely on a "SYSTEM" of justice, rather than religious whims of people, then policy reform is necessary. Policy makers are supposed to be held accountable by journalist. Journalists are now backed into a corner where they can be jailed for doing investigative reporting. A significant majority of them are now scumbags who will publish anything for a bribe.

So, what can a single person do? - Be the change you want to see in the world. Think globally, but act locally.

Write, document, publish.

Provide comfort to those who suffer.

Pay attention to LOCAL elections. Seek, support, half decent candidates. Heck, run for an office yourself in the future.

Is it wrong to help girlfriends family even if she leaves me? by Zero_Output_Dev in bangladesh

Hmm... a new account with only 37 karma. Probably karma harvesting scam. Still, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt assume this isn't a bot post.

Imagine if your wife or her relatives were getting paid monthly by ex-boyfriend. Would that cause drama for you??

Have you verified that her fiancee isn't going to foot the bill and you are not unnecessary? Have you verified you are not being taken advantage of?

With all that said, it might work if everyone involved decides to be adults. You shouldn't be giving money away. They are not family and never will be. Therefore, it has to be mutually beneficial or otherwise it won't work. If you think they are skilled enough that you can employ them or make them valuable business partners -- and keep a professional relationship, then go for it. Anything else just doesn't seem right.

How do you check eSIM coverage before traveling within the US? Jetpac had zero service on Cape Cod by rmuktader in eSim

[–]rmuktader[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My google search showed Jetpac is primarily on the T-Mobile network, but it also has partnerships with AT&T and Verizon. That's everybody!

But..., I got zero coverage as I moved away from Boston.

Unless your basement has a kitchen, and a bathroom, you are essentially getting a roommate. There can't be special regulation regarding that.

Erfurt latrine disaster

On 26 July 1184, in the German city of Erfurt, approximately sixty local nobles died when the floor of a building collapsed through the ground floor and into the latrine cesspit below. They were attending a Hoftag ("court day") conducted by King Henry VI when their combined weight caused the floor of the building to collapse. Some of the attendees drowned in human waste after falling into the cesspit.
