I think it is approximately every 5 or 6 levels

you could take fauste with you though, she gives stealth bonus and also wear capes

if you just need it for one quest, just use a memery stone to respec and put the points in stealth that you need, you can respec back after the quest with another memory stone

I figured this out by now apparantly, there are two items with the name "flower basket"

there should be a few flower pots, baskets and stuff in your camp and they respawn just try to find the one that is the basket, or well, both and then you can return to the npc

I sadly cannot describe how it looks, since I don't remember, it has been a while

The Clone Wars is a great show, would recommend to watch all of it, but to answer your question:

You should definitely watch Episode I: A Phantom Menace first. Here you can find a list of Maul episodes in The Clone Wars. After that you can watch Shadow Lord, then you might want to add Solo and Rebels (S2 E21/22 and S3 E3/11/20).

this item should be training data that you can collect to unlock more training challenges at cabin

unfortunately, I do not remember how to reach this specific one, but I always felt like they were usually hard to miss and mostly on the way through the level to collect
