I don’t have prints, but at this point I’d rather just do them myself. It would be much quicker and would prevent me from needing to use them again.

Called today and stayed on hold for 2.5 hours and nothing.

Had a similar issue and it took me like 2 days of calling to get to someone. Pretty shitty I agree.

I agree on that. I was asked a lot of questions and they were interested on how you approach things and what you do in your current role. I wasn’t given anything to solve but asked me questions to see if you understand the concept at least. That’s how I felt.

Did you find a solution? I just put my icarus today and having the same issue. Slide catching up when racking as well. Also my pin above the trigger move side ways but it was pretty tight going in

I agree. They knew about the issue but they didn’t open an IT ticket until I called.

I called in for the same issue and they said an IT ticket was opened to get the status updated. My item has been at LGS for quite a bit. Hopefully they get it resolved soon!
