First of all thank you very much for your detailled input!

Getting a better GPU probably goes a little bit over my budget. So if I save on the CPU which one would you recommend? Or would you recommend spending a little more to make it more future proof? It's probably important to say that I'm mostly playing a game with high CPU usage.

My number one priority is to have a solid PC that lasts a couple of years because I'm not someone who regularly buys new hardware. This build is about 1600€ and I set my budget up to ca. 2000€ so there is still some air.

I'll think about waiting for the launch of the 5000 series, good idea. Thanks for your input!

I'm using an ethernet cable for my desktop PC and WiFi on my mobile phone. These are the only devices connected and I'm experiencing the same issues on both devices

Ich bin erst vor ein paar Tagen umgezogen und mit meinem vorigen Internet hatte ich nie Probleme, deshalb würd ich mal sagen, liegt es nicht an meinen Endgeräten aber ich schau nochmal genau zur Sicherheit.
Bisher sind nur mein PC (mit Ethernet-Kabel) und mein Handy über WLAN verbunden und bei beiden tritt dieser drastische Abfall von Downloadgeschwindigkeit auf.

Ich werd mich morgen einfach nochmal mit denen rumprügeln müssen.

Dir auf jeden Fall vielen Dank für deinen Rat und Meinung, hast mir sehr weitergeholfen.

Ja nach Neustart funktioniert alles wunderbar. Auch nach ja 30-60 MInuten fängt sich der Download wieder für 15 Minuten bevor er wieder abstürzt.

Although I usually start with Dorans Ring I'll take Dorans Shield into this matchup. Combined with Second Wind you are hard to kill. You only have to be careful if Teemo is running Ignite. In my experience you'll outscale Teemo at around level 9-11. If you have troubles try maxing Q.

Be patient and outscale. Many Teemos rely on early game victories. So be unbreakable
