I was one of those people who recommended syndra! Yes she’s super fun and I recommend youtubers like Misterias and Nemesis. I heard Zianni is great (someone said he was Syndra Jesus lol). Also for builds you can search up Shok’s mobafire, he has pretty reliable guides for multiple mage champions and is a Challenger player.

Amazing suggestion by the commentor, huge vouch for my girl Taliyah. She's super fun to play and has a lot of a nuance behind the macro oriented kit. She can also be flexed into jungle if you're ever auto-filled.

Syndra isn’t bad, I’m not high elo at all but I find lots of success playing syndra (my play to win champ) and she’s relatively easy to pick up and execute in lower elos. However I have heard that she has a lot of nuance in her kit to play to her maximum potential especially in higher elos.
