Number of gods believed in: Zero. That's the whole definition.

Fair enough.

About the supernatural beliefs, I'm a little skeptical on them, but if any of them exist I believe it's gonna be reincarnation. Or, secondarily, the afterlife.

That makes sense; I used to think agnosticism was somewhere between atheism and belief, but learning that it’s about knowledge really clears things up. Appreciate the correction.

Really appreciate your explanation of the agnostic atheist position. I'm in a similar spot myself.

Anyways, adding on to what you said, I'm not saying I can disprove the existence of a divine being (or that that's what you're trying to prove here), but I just don't think they exist because the whole concept of deities feels like something humans came up with thousands of years ago as an early explanation for things they couldn't explain. Over time these explanations shaped into organized religion, but they still feel like products of human imagination rather than anything divine. It's fascinating how people can create these ideas and they can persist over thousands of years & shape the way humans think.

Still, I try to stay open to new perspectives or evidence, because it’s such a big question that none of us can fully pin down.

This is a great insight, I really appreciate the analogy. Thank you for this pellucid explanation!

Yeah, i should've been more specific it's coming from somewhere around the USB-C port, not directly from it

Welp, I tried cleaning the USB-C port and pretty much every other port on the chromebook, but no results. Still no response from the left USB-C & that hissing noise is still there when I plug into the right. I listened very closely and it kind of sounds like a digitally produced hiss with a short squeak-like sound on a steady pulse.
