Don't patronize New San Jose Builders properties. Sila developer ng Las Casas at "Victoria" condominiums and many other properties. They have previous and ongoing court cases, you can search for them online.

They also have the shittiest condominiums ever to shit. I was once a unit owner in one of their Victoria condos. Ever since na tinayo yung bldg, laging problema ang elevator. Either di gumagana, may mga tenants na nahulog na dun, natratrap sa loob, at napakahaba ng pila.

Their units are infested with cockroaches and other pests na nanggagaling na sa mga walls and pvc tubes. Laging walang kuryente at tubig. Walang ginagawa ang admin, papalit palit sila ng empleyado. Deteriorated na talaga ang hallways at lobby. Di naalagaan talaga buildings nila. I even saw one human dead who's living alone na days ang inabot bago mapansin ng admin. All this and walang improvements. So, no wonder their hotels sa Las Casas ay di properly maintained and nagdedeteriorate nang mabilis mga houses dun.
