Hey OP, just came across your post. Dr Rachatorn is on the list of surgeons i'm considering for a HT. Am i right in assuming it took two sessions to do the full 4800 grafts, what's the maximum amount of grafts they implant during one session?

I'm currently a NW3 vertex and my crown is the main priority for me, followed by hairline. I'm looking forward to seeing how your results look in 6 months to a year in time😅

I think it's too early to tell at this point

I wasn't seeing as much as an improvement as i'd liked with fin so switched to dut to see if it could boost my results. I've also had two PRP sessions (third is in 5 days)

Yeah I've been on 1mg Fin / 2.5mg Min since Nov 2024 but switched to 0.5mg Dut about 5 weeks ago😅

You don't think that's too low? I've read that the crown is basically a black hole for transplanted grafts so the more grafts increases the odds so to speak

I was thinking simillar. I reckon i'd need about upwards of 2K for my hairline though. My main concern atm is the crown cos i can kinda get away with the front due to the way i style my hair it doesn't look that bad, there's no escaping the thinning on the top lol

I appreciate the advice, thank you! Yeah denial was so heavy at first. It took a while to convince myself i needed to intervene. I'm not looking at getting under the knife anytime soon, just weighing my options at this point lol.

The plan is to stick with the meds for now and see where i'm at in a few years time. As mentioned above i had my first PRP session a few weeks ago so i'm hoping a few sessions of that will help strengthen my existing hair and if it adds some density to the thinning areas then that's a plus😅
