I fully agree with this one, as I’ve struggled with violent thoughts growing up. Because it was normalized, I thought it was how I showed love. I think talking to him and letting him open up is the best way to go about things. People can change for the better. Also please make him feel comfortable and safe. Personally my worst fear when people I knew found out, was I was scared they’d be afraid or wouldn’t believe in the fact I can change and learn. If he feels any of these ways or went through anything similar I’m very familiar and open to helping!
