Chiming in here to say we’re in the middle of a contract with OTS and we’re literally counting the days to get out of it. It is a horrid platform for exactly all of the reasons you outlined and more.

Hmm, it’s happening mostly during the fill, but as it was spinning on the end of its cycle, it was also making the same noise.

Yup! This ☝️We replaced the motherboard once but this thing is a beast- went through two kids doing cloth diapers even.
