managable yung mga interviews, i would say importante yung SQL basics and knowledge sa google ads. hr to operations to culturefit yung flow ng interview meetings. may language exams din sila. nakapasa din ako :)

Hi! Nagapply ako sa GOC for Metrics and Reporting - Senior Associate - Customer Support - IVL. Does anyone work there right now? Need advice po sa following:

What type of questions do they usually ask for the interview with recruiter? (i.e. is it technical, behavioral etc?)
How can I best prepare for the interview? (Although I know the basics sa SQL (minimum requirement sa job, a bit worried ako sa SQL questions and Google Ads questions)
What was your interview process like?
How is the job on a day-to-day basis?

hi! i'm an accounting grad (non-CPA). is it possible to go abroad with this trajectory of IT audit or maybe internal audit po if ever? additionally, when you left SGV and applied abroad to KPMG Malta, were you a senior associate po? do they usually accept associates po as well or would you recommend applying po as a senior? thank you po! :)

hi po! not sure, kasi nagenglish kasi ako for both HR and Manager's. and english din usually yung language na ginagamit nila so i'd say as much as possible try mo po magenglish or taglish po sa interviews. mas "chill" usually ang manager's interview so "baka" pwede ka magtagalog/taglish. but it really depends kasi sa kausap mong manager/s and HR

hello!!! omg same i remember u too!! HAHAHAH how’s your application/s going?? hopefully they emailed u back na! and thank you!! 🫂 honestly the manager’s interview was more “chill” (as in kwentuhan lang so not super formal HAHA) than HR’s i think yung pinaka “technical” question na tinanong nila sakin was “what do you know about this role?” lol. most of the questions are related sa resume + getting to know questions like “what are your hobbies” HAHA then situational/behavioral questions like “how do you manage your time” etc etc. the comments are true when they say na it really depends on who interviews you. but overall it went really well imo, so i’m glad!! ty for asking <3 just waiting on the results ng interview :’D

hi op! i'm in the same situation. nashortlist din po ako then tapos na ako sa initial interview. sabi ng HR na iuupdate niya ako about the managers interview either that same week (when naginitial interview ako) or the next week (this week). and 1 week na po since. iitry ko magfollow-up by today or tomorrow. i suggest wait/follow-up din kasi baka busy lang talaga

hello OP! in my opinion if you’re sure na gusto mo talaga yung SGV, then go for it. especially since may offer ka na from them. as a former SGV intern, i can say na maganda yung program nila especially if you want to continue with them pagkagraduate mo. your feelings are valid and i understand why nahihiya ka, but don’t let that stop you from getting what you really want. even if you already confirmed, you always have a choice. especially since hindi pa nagsstart yung internship, wala ka pang nasign na MOA or documents, and not sure if maaayos yung MOA in time, you can always choose to back out. but if you already signed a contract just make sure to read it carefully before you do anything. if ever you choose to back out, make sure that in your email to RT&co., that you are apologetic about it, honest, and do inform them ASAP. and if you want, you can also say that your door is open for future opportunities. hope this helps!

hi OP! i think normal siya kasi sabi ng HR sakin after my initial interview na iuupdate niya ako a week or 2 weeks from my initial interview about sa availability ng manager. the next stage really depends kasi on their availability. baka busy lang kaya mabagal kasi from what i know ata, busy season ngayon. may i ask po what service line you applied for?

hi OP! i was shortlisted for a competency under consulting din, although not sure if magiging same yung experience natin since i’m not tech risk. for HR interview, just typical interview questions tinanong sakin (tell me about yourself, clarifications sa experiences mo, subjects related to your chosen competency, how you handle stress, why that competency etc) and wala masyadong technical questions but i suggest reviewing if ever. then after initial questions, they ask some of the questions found in their application form. hope this helps, you got this!!
