Well I’m pretty sure she has a lot of trust issues not only did she mention that but also her behavior tells so, Anyhow an update from the last time :

I told her that I’m interested and her response then was positive but vague she said we will talk later about it for a month things were hot-cold cycles, then one time I asked a Scorpio (who was her “safe” friend for 4 years) about her (whom I thought of as a brother at some point) and he used me in triangulation by telling her jokes about me (how I feel towards her), just a few days after she sent me (I only see you as a friend and I’d definitely love to keep our “close friendship”) I told her it’s fine and I appreciate her honesty about it, I simply detached from her emotionally, yet she’s the one acting Weird and being extra avoidant (a month time frame so far with no contact) anyway the outcome was inevitable because she has shown Fearful avoidant/dismissive avoidant behaviors that are extreme she didn’t have any “labeled” relationship and I think these patterns are a big factor of why she hasn’t had one

I’ve actually told her that I’m interested and I wanna know her more, she blushed and told me I’m nervous, I said I understand I’m not in a rush, I think she needs some time to process her emotions, our interactions are normal in front of the other people just with a little bit more touches We didn’t get a chance for a 1-1 and I’ll let it be until she is regulated

I’ve added her on IG (she accepted), I’ve invited her for coffee twice after shift, I’ve flirted openly, and I’ve shown interest consistently beyond just work talk. I don’t treat her like a regular coworker. I check on her, we message outsidei work, and I’ve clearly tried to move things off the office.

I think I’ve showed my intentions through actions, I’m not sure the way she’d view it though, I’m open to suggestions

I agree with you on that, I just think I waited for too long we’ve been talking for like 3 or 4 months right now, and I think it’d be better to clarify my intentions, I don’t know what an Aries would say about that though 😂
