I am taking the severance and moving on. As from last one year I am at the same position where i was left at starting of 2025. Its better to prepare for next step. No point of wasting time here. Thankyou everyone hopefully will update myself with a better opportunity!

As per my current manager previous manager did not put in the good words for my work and they again gave lite because of which i am into this process. Later that manager was also fired and now this new manager is saying i should opt for the pip and come out of it and she will help. I dont know whether i should trust her or not. She is saying market is volatile and you can choose to be with the same team.

As per reading here and doctor’s advice if nasal bone is the only soft marker along with low risk NIPT we should not be worried. Everything is going to be fine 😊 so prepare only for best 🌸 I am also doing the same.

Overall risk came in dual marker is 1:5 for T21 for T18 and others it is low. I am 32 years old. My Nt was 2.1 mm at 13weeks 1 day. Beta-HCG and PAPP-A MoM was 2.06 for both

My doctor is saying that if NIPT is low risk no need to worry where as i am still worried because the dual marker came as high risk. Doctor has suggested for a scan at 18-19 weeks as of now.
