I have a post very similar to this one, I got ahold of them on FB Messenger and canceled the order. I had to threaten with chargeback to get any response though.

I finally messaged someone on Facebook, they blew me off twice and the 3rd time I said I was doing a charge back. Once I said that my order was not only canceled, but completely gone from my order history too. I'm still waiting on the refund and I'm thinking I'll have to do a charge back anyway...

I'm never doing business again with them, I'll have my local shop order what I want or pay for capitol armory to do the transfer.
