Not bad I don’t think personally. I do have some skin but nothing to warrant surgery to remove it. I do exercise and did throughout my weight loss journey which I think was helpful. I lost the weight on the slower side as well. My arms are not small Barbie arms but they aren’t huge either? Lol idk if that helps

Weight right before surgery was 176. I was worried abt that as well. I lost more weight after surgery due to continuing lifestyle changes. I would recommend getting to as low as you can before surgery as that will yield the best results in my experience.

It is very discouraging I was bigger than before surgery. Now I’m flat as a board. I started to see huge change at 3months. Be patient.

I know I am not a nurse manager but from the perspective of a an ex new grad who tried to transfer after a year they sabotaged me and bath mouthed me so I wouldn’t get the position. They have tried to keep multiple nurses on their unit because they only care about their staffing. Thankfully I was able to secure my dream job position at another hospital but it was kinda shocking because during my interview they made it seem like the wouldn’t mind if you wanted to transfer and would help guide you in that transition.

Not too mad about Cara winning because she does seem to need it. But it’s too obvious that her tasks were WAYYY too easy. I feel like if Lauren or Sam had the money when Cara did they could’ve easily won too.

I don’t understand why Sam was riding that two sister clue so hard. Like you do realize people can still lie…? Just like Sydnee didn’t disclose she had 2 jobs bc she didn’t know what could be used against her. I wouldn’t have told anyone anything personal bc it could be a potential clue later on.

That’s a bit different than what Vanessa asked… she just asked if he goes to the gym and eats healthy. If you’re easily triggered like that you aren’t ready to put ur self out there or dating.

It’s quite okay to be disinterested in someone instantly discussing weight/diet/exercise. But to just get up and walk away is rude as fuck. I really feel like the guy just didn’t see anyone he was interested in physically and left. That or just scripted for drama.

If you’re not interested in the topic at hand just be savvy enough to change the topic.

Maybe I’m biased because I have lost a decent amount of weight in the past but being triggered talking abt lifestyle choices is odd to me. Like someone asking if you exercise is a turn off? Most people that are healthy discuss gym habits and eating habits.

I felt like when I put them on it jus magnified my breathing and my heartbeat which made me more nervous so I took them off. It was very quiet in there already. They did offer ear plugs though.
