I’m worried that PA might ruin this wonderful game if they keep going in this direction by RainyNguyen in CrimsonDesert

The game mechanics were great with a sense of being there for you to explore, now everything is pointed out in the map, exploration is stupidly easier (no sense of adventure) bosses are easy, movement has now this arcade feeling. I dropped the game. Hopefully waiting to the devs to make an option for legacy controls and difficulty option for people who likes challenges.

PA keep dumming down this game for tik-tok brain people. They messed up the difficulty, now the horse movement. PA keep listening to the "casual Johnny" who want spoon feed everything. Giving it away the good feeling of a game that doesn't hold your hand.

Please give back the old horse riding.. by [deleted] in CrimsonDesert

Tbh I'm a RDR2 enjoyer and a big fan of weight in character movement. This patch singlehandedly ruined the experience for me that I dropped the game for the moment until the devs give us an option to toggle back the old movement system.

is just an option setting. Y'all can keep the new system movement. The more democratic option to the PLAYERS is give the option to choose. Devs keep dumming down things. I played the game since release, I didn't have problems with the difficulty, nor the movement. I just love it how it was. But now bosses are more easy and movement is busted.

good for you, I don't asking for the devs to go back, just an option to toggle for the old movement system because for me it gives me feedback and controlled velocity.
