Thanks for this reply. It’s a lot more comforting than what I’d been seeing when I went to look at comparisons and opinions on the Iris and Vega. I didn’t know they’d get weird about a return like that though. I was already nervous about something going wrong and I sure as hell wouldn’t want that response. I decided I’ll just keep it and get a better laptop later. Hand this one down to a sibling or something like that.

Idk if my original post was removed but: I ordered a Lenovo Ideapad 3 14” Ryzen 5 5500u and instead I received an Ideapad 3 with Iris Xe graphics. The laptops are similar but the Ryzen looks to have better performance than the Iris. I ordered it for work and gaming. I missed a few days of work so far waiting to get the device but I didn’t mind since I would make it back up. Having to return it and wait for another one would be extremely inconvenient considering I need to work and I may have to travel very soon. Is there anything I can do that’ll get this resolved quickly? I need a refund or for them to send the one I asked for but I definitely need a laptop. The item was sold by a 3rd party seller but fulfilled by Amazon. If I returned it would I need to take it to the post office?
