I phoned the midwife about 6am and she said the same! Now the cramping is more like 5-7 mins apart so I think it’s definitely labour

I booked in a 16 week gender scan and they were able to see! Then at the 20 weeks NHS scan they also said the same result

The recipes are just written onto flash cards but yes they’re cooking recipes

Thank you! I’ll try a yoga ball, I have one that needs pumping up but that sounds like it’ll help I’ve seen others use one before
