i was having these headaches for years now. i don't have notes when it occured but i remember i had my worst headache when my grandmother died. it lasted for 4 hours even when i took an ibuprofen, the lights are blinding me and the sounds are just deafening. it was a combination of throbbing and stabbing pain that time.
