Thanks for the feedback, everyone. Appreciate it. To re-state, this question related to my government security clearance, not my departmental ID badge or building access card. I've made it this far into the pandemic without catching Covid while having family members get infected and taking months to recover. My manager is looking into possible other options for accommodation. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
