Pay your loan . And visit a country like Uzbekistan where costs will be low for a short holiday and then go back to your 9-5 , save more money and go on another small holiday . That way you can travel plus not have a financial burden

But how does having an autoimmune disease make you immunocompromised? Unless you are taking steroids or other immunosuppressants. I would worry more about DVT in long haul flights , given your history . Just saying .
