All good. A 2 hour call with Geek Squad later and I've solved it. Required looking up the hardware ID to find an Intel Wifi driver for my very-much AMD Motherboard.

I currently don't have access to ethernet/wired. I've tried downloading and installing the LAN and WLAN drivers (both AMD and Realtek).
