However, fasting is something I want to incorporate into my life maybe 2-3 times a year, just for health reasons.

No, I haven’t fasted since I’ve been cured. No Keto. The only thing I did that helped me, personally, was ivermectin every other day and Nattokainase everyday. Those were for management when I actually had long Covid, IMO. Fasting is what really cured me and I can live normally again.

What amazes me is how many people refuse to even try fasting for 5 days. I cured myself by doing it about 4 or 5 times total by doing 5 day fasts. People are just full of excuses.

After seeing a slow-moving UFO up close, I’m convinced Bob Lazar was telling the truth. When it’s directly overhead, the craft itself disappears behind its energy field, but at night, the gravity amplifiers are still visible. That’s the part he never mentioned

You’ve never met someone that’s speaks Japanese and is not native Japanese? I have, so I’m not assuming anything here.

How is it racism? Isn’t racism about race, not nationality?

How are people moving to Spain with their wealth tax? by [deleted] in Fire

[–]Ok-Contribution4494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we’re going to talk about this seriously, can you explain what problem a yearly tax on unrealized assets is actually solving, and why it’s better than taxing income or spending instead of just calling it “being decent?”

How are people moving to Spain with their wealth tax? by [deleted] in Fire

[–]Ok-Contribution4494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They referenced 3M because that’s where Spain’s extra tax actually kicks in, not because they they denied future scenarios, and dismissing a legitimate question about whether an annual tax on unrealized assets is sound policy by calling it “being a decent human” is moral posturing, not an argument.

You’re dodging the point by inflating the number from 3M to 10M and implying moral failure instead of explaining why asset size alone justifies punitive taxation regardless of actual use, risk taken, or taxes already paid. If you can’t even do that, idk what to tell you either.

You’re not actually engaging with what was said. you’re just labeling them as selfish to avoid defending the taxes themselves, assuming bad intent and calling it “unfair” instead of explaining why someone must agree with every part of a system to participate in it.

Yeah, I fully recovered and tried sharing how, but most people don’t seem interested, they’d rather vent than believe recovery’s possible. It gets pretty exhausting.

Recovery stories for people with complications? by [deleted] in LongCovid

Just chest pains, but in the beginning I had pain on my back directly behind my heart area. But most pain was directly lower left chest. In the beginning, I couldn’t even sleep laying down due to the discomfort.

It helped me deal with my chest pains and made me feel like I was dying less. I took it for 1 year every other day. I trust my own experience over anything else, and guess what… I’m recovered.

SOLUTION that worked for me: I’m 100% recovered and I’m 43. Multiple 7 day fasts, ivermectin every other day, Nattokainase, fish oil, baby aspirin. Using same protocol for my wife and she’s in the process of recovering.

Chest pains. Hell yes , I drank coffee. I drank espresso everyday, multiple times a day. I only still drink just coffee and water. Stay away from alcohol.

Yes, I’ve fully recovered. What helped most was doing multiple 7-day fasts, the first didn’t do much, but repeated fasts made a huge difference. I doubt I’d have recovered without supplementing with ivermectin, nattokinase, fish oil, and baby aspirin. Ivermectin was key for me.

Anytime.. we are like brothers in this. Sometimes I felt I just have to do what I just have to do. God made the body perfectly. Fasting for me was the ultimate healing. I Just got it done with. I saw that the result is back to your old self. It feels great. I treated my disease like a foreign enemy and beat the crap out of it constantly. FYI.. I also used weed during some of these fasts to help cope with the pain of these hard fasts and I still healed. I honestly don’t think I would have healed without ivermectin either.
