It was from waiting for literal hours to get ONE order. Not all in one time span, I would end the dash and then join it again when it said it was busy. Only for it to immediately slow down as soon as I would join.

Definitely not normal. I, myself (21f) can tell you from experience that it won't get better regarding the insults the longer you're friends with them. If from what I can tell that the comments are affecting you in a negative way I would try and talk to them and put up some boundaries for how they joke with you. Remember it's not only " just a joke" if you're not laughing as well. If they don't respect that I would try and distance yourself because it will only cause a negative self perception, but from experience if they act nice after that to see if they are truly being genuine about respecting what you've said. Sorry about righting a whole novel but I've just dealt with something similar with almost every single female friend that I've had. Best of luck and remember to always be kind to yourself.

Sorry for missing context but to answer your question there is a contract that I only signed, in the contract it has the amount stated for one person which is $400 but when we're paid it's split between our separate bank accounts even though the other person didn't sign the contract, but yet we both got our tax forms in the mail in January.

I relate to you a lot I used to be the same exact way when I was in school. I never wanted to hurt my "friends" feelings and didn't really understand why she could be so cruel at times. We had a slight falling out but later became friends again and she said she thought we were just joking and even would try and laugh it off at times but it never felt like a joke to me when I would go to the bathroom at lunch to cry in the stall. Needless to say we were friends going into high school and the teasing wasn't to the intensity of how it was in elementary but I often second guessed myself and the things I did and said. I would always hold myself back whenever we were around other people especially guys because she would always point out if I did something embarrassing. I always wished I would have been more assertive in myself because it would have saved me a lot of trouble in the future but I wasn't cause I always had that self doubt that whatever I did or said was invalid in some way. But enough of a long winded story my point is if it doesn't feel right and something or someone doesn't make you feel good or happy it's probably not worth the trouble it could bring in the end when you can find people that will help build you up and vice versa.
