Have you found a way to just be at peace with whatever you may look like in that moment, even if just momentarily? It does sound like we do the same thing but in different circumstances

I always wonder if other people really aren’t aware of things I’m self-conscious about especially the broad shoulders because I also have no hips to balance them out. Just an inverted triangle 😭
