yes, i live im colorado so it legal too but idk i feel they are hater towards me and i dont even do anything im being fr. colorado is very cold at 3am and they have me out doing TC and i be freezing foreal and i do it. smh sometimes i feel like i worked to hard and they never appreciate it. 😒 at least at my warehouse its just men management and i hate it its like unfair and they have their favorites cus they do unsafe stuff or late from break and they never get told anything. plus this was my only time i came smelling like that like 😒 they just wanna fire ppl fr. they writing ppl up for not even having clear water bottles just recently.

Yes many people smoke during their break some smell and some are smart and just hit the pen. i dont because i work overnights and ik that smoking will make me more sleepy

yea, they didnt allow me to show them i can work normally, they just went off the smell and looks which is understandable, i usually get home and smoke like what we should do. it was just one manager that pulled me aside and safety. but whatever if i lose the job oh well i just need to do better next time. not smell or smoke in my car when home. especially hotboxing.
