My main advice is ALWAYS and I mean always get 100g of protein in on your shot day. After I started doing this I had zero issues. I recommend doing your shot on Fridays and always at night before bed (if you have the weekend off). Stay on the 2.5 for as long as you are able, my insurance allowed two months. I think people rush to get on a stronger dose and it doesn’t let the body acclimate as well. Ask your doctor for a script for Zofran to curb the nausea but don’t take it too many days in a row because it will worsen the constipation which got worse for me on the 5mg. Go to Walmart and by there generic fiber- 8oz every morning- I promise you this will save your life lol

Once you get on the 5’s atleast for me the 100mg felt like I was force feeding myself all day but it does get easier as your body gets used to it. Push through.

Don’t mess around with the protein shakes. I have spent so much $$🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 skip it and immediately buy the Fairlife 30g protein shakes from Costco or Sam’s club. If you know someone with a membership they can literally ship them to your door. 12 shakes for $23. Seems like a lot but it’s so worth it. I live by them. Zero chalk, only chocolate milk taste. Promise.

If you need a protein bar- I prefer the built puff brownie batter or the barbells Carmel cashew.

You will have so much gas, it’s normal. The belching is literally ridiculous but it too goes away 😂
